How we work (stages)

Bid

Provide the route, Incoterms, cargo type, weight/volume and desired terms. We will check the input data, advise on the documents and record the delivery requirements.
Calculation of tariff and terms
We prepare 2–3 options: line/route, freight rate, terminal fees and travel time benchmarks. We recommend the best option in terms of budget/timeframe.
Booking a line
We reserve a container and a flight, receive a booking, inform the cut-off for the port and deadlines for the documents. We prepare instructions for the bill of lading (B/L).
Port clearance and loading
We organize forwarding at the port: delivery, VGM, sealing, photo control. We carry out customs clearance and transfer the container to the vessel.
Marine area

We track shipment and transit, inform about statuses, control risks and insurance coverage. We keep in touch 24/7 until the vessel arrives at the destination port.
Unloading and delivery to the customer's warehouse
We coordinate the issue and terminal operations, organize door-to-door auto/railway delivery. We transfer closing documents and a transportation report.

    зависит от направления/сезона, типа контейнера, веса/объёма, класса опасности и терминальных сборов. Дадим несколько ставок (эконом/сроки).
